Overview

Falcon offers with the FX 90 DF a high-end stove. The device is intended for professional use.

To stand out, it presents 2 ovens combined in one as well as a large cooking space.

2 ovens in 1

It is actually 2 ovens that Falcon range cooker presents. But unlike most products of this type, 2 devices have been grouped into one.

The advantage is that it offers a very large volume, which can accommodate the most bulky dishes. At the end of the day, 108 litres are available to the most demanding cooks.

And at times when such a feature is not useful, it is always possible to use only half of it, thanks to an eco-paroi provided. The user then obtains a good size oven (54 litres), and the other part can still be used as a heat cabinet.

The oven is electric. It includes a multifunctional cooking mode, which can save time in the preparation settings.

A universal device

Falcon arranged the temperature setting at the front. They command the 5 gas burners of Prof+ 90 DF, one of which is dedicated to woks.

This way they have a power of 1000 to 3000 watts per hearth, for a total power of around 11 kilowatts. These characteristics are clearly intended for professional use.

Experienced cooks will also appreciate finding in the Falcon device an object thin enough to fit into most kitchens. The width of the Prof+ FX 90 DF is 90 centimetres, which is a small width for a stove of this range.

It is thus able to slip more easily between 2 furniture than most of the range cooker in its category.
