At SNAL ELECTRO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing clear, fair, and transparent return and refund procedures in accordance with applicable French and European consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

Consumers purchasing online generally have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.

To exercise this right, please notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Your message should include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You may also use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy.

2. Returning Your Products

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the products back within 14 calendar days.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the appropriate return address and shipping instructions before sending any package.

Products should be returned with their accessories, manuals, and original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect and handle the products as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, just as you would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, customers are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, provided those costs were properly disclosed before purchase.

For large or bulky items that cannot normally be returned by post, an appropriate estimate of return transport costs must be disclosed before the order is placed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming product, SNAL ELECTRO will cover the necessary return costs associated with your legal remedies.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, please contact us at contact@snal-electro.fr.

Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where available.

We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Your statutory rights are not restricted by the 14-day withdrawal period.

5. Refund Processing

Where you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable, within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Additional delivery costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery service than our least expensive standard option are generally not refundable.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We do not charge a restocking fee for the exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, including:

Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Other products specifically excluded by applicable consumer legislation.

Any applicable exclusion will be disclosed before purchase.

These exceptions do not eliminate your legal rights if the goods are defective or non-conforming.

7. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity, generally applicable for two years from delivery of the goods, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract and a refund.

Legal protection against hidden defects may also apply.
